Position Overview:

We are looking for a Product Owner to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. In this role, you’ll partner with stakeholders across the organization to shape requirements, define priorities, and guide development teams toward delivering products that truly make a difference. Beyond managing features, you’ll play a key role in driving process improvements, ensuring efficiency, and helping our products find their best market fit.

Responsibilities within the team:

• Shape the product vision by building and maintaining a clear, prioritized backlog

• Craft compelling user stories and epics with well-defined acceptance criteria

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, engineers, and project managers to refine requirements and align on goals

• Lead agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews

• Ensure delivery excellence by validating increments against business needs and quality standards

• Plan releases strategically, balancing business priorities with market opportunities

• Leverage data and analytics to monitor product performance and uncover opportunities for improvement

• Anticipate risks and design mitigation strategies to keep projects on track

• Contribute to discovery phases, actively shaping solutions that achieve strong market fit

Facing the challenges of the role requires:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role

• Hands-on expertise in agile practices, backlog management, and user story creation

• Strong grasp of requirement-gathering, process modeling, and documentation

• Familiarity with project management and software development lifecycles

• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA and Confluence

• Solid technical understanding and the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams

• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

• Fluency in English
