Position Overview:

We are looking for an Engineering Manager / Delivery Manager to lead cross-functional teams in building high-performance platforms and products. This role is ideal for someone who understands the technical landscape deeply, has experience in project and delivery management, and thrives on driving execution, aligning teams, and delivering value.

You’ll be the bridge between engineering, product, and business, ensuring that development efforts are efficient, scalable, and aligned with strategic goals. You will work closely with the CTO of the business line and collaborate with engineering peers in our Iași and Timișoara offices, helping to unify delivery across locations and drive consistent execution.

Responsibilities within the team:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of software projects across multiple agile teams

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Tech Leads to define scope, timelines, and success metrics

• Own and optimize delivery pipelines, sprint planning, and release cycles

• Identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and engineering excellence

• Support hiring, onboarding, and mentoring of engineers and delivery staff

• Ensure alignment with compliance, security, and regulatory standards specific to the industry

• Build strong working relationships with the teams

Facing the challenges of the role requires:

• Proven track record in project and delivery management roles

• Preferably a background in hands-on software development (e.g., Node.js or similar technologies)

• Deep knowledge of agile frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices

• Skilled in leading distributed teams and thriving in dynamic, fast-paced product environments

• Exceptional communication abilities and adept at managing diverse stakeholders

• Bonus points for experience with iGaming platforms, payment systems, or real-time application architectures
