    As Senior DevOps, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining and implementing DevOps practices that will streamline our development and deployment processes. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation, enhance CI/CD pipelines, and drive infrastructure as code. You’ll also support a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

    Responsibilities within the team

    • Architect and enhance CI/CD pipelines for efficient and secure delivery of applications on the cloud, ensuring seamless deployments and high-quality releases

    • Champion and implement IaC practices across the organization, leveraging tools like Terraform to scale our cloud infrastructure

    • Oversee automation and configuration management to streamline deployments, ensuring consistency and reducing manual work

    • Work closely with product, development, and QA teams to align DevOps practices with business goals, enhancing our delivery processes

    • Implement DevOps processes with a focus on security, compliance, and data privacy to meet industry standards and protect our infrastructure

    • Guide DevOps team members, fostering professional growth and promoting best practices in automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure management

    Facing the challenges of this role requires

    • 5+ years in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or a related field

    • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent), Kubernetes

    • Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and experience with cloud platforms

    • Proven track record in automation, configuration management, and monitoring for high-availability environments

    • Ability to tackle complex challenges, implement creative solutions, and optimize processes for resilience and efficiency

    • Experience mentoring and guiding team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment

    • Passionate about DevOps principles, with the ability to promote best practices and continuous improvement

    • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)

    • Agile Project Management: Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools
